ESC- First Semi-Final

Hey guys! So, yesterday I watched as always the first semi-final of Esc. I am a huge fan! I watch eurovision since 2001 and I love it! 

For those who live in America or Canada or Asia etc. Eurovision Song Contest is an annual european song contest. Each country sends a song to represent at the country that helds the competition.

So, yesterday I saw  the first semi-final out of the two they're   going tobe held in Dusseldorf. Ten countries are going to win in every semi-final and those twenty are going to compete as well with the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy in the Final this Saturday. The second semi-final is tomorrow.

Greece was at the first semi-final as well and took the ticket to the Final!! YAYYY!

So, here are the participants. We're going to take a look at the appearance. ;)

Azerbaijan

Love the dresses, love the shoes... LOVE the hair! I don't remember the song but Azerbaijan always sends good songs!

Poland

I like the white color and I like these outfits. I dont like her hair and I think they dont match the white color. 

Norway

Love the outfits! So tropical! I also love the song! Unfortunately they didnt pass to the Final :(

Albania

Love her!!! The hair, the outfit, the song.. everything! Unfortunately they didn't pass either :(

Armenia

Armenia always sends nice songs but this year..? hmmm.. These guys they were dancing last year on the greek entry, love the girl, love the dress (the whole appearance was dedicated to an armenian athlete).

Turkey

Love the green color, dont like the song. They didnt pass (for a good reason!)

Malta

I love Malta but this wasn't a good song for her. It wasn't rememberable! The guy was..ok but he could have worn a better outfit. Hey! It's a contest! Wear something that sparkles!!

Monaco

The prettiest girl on the semi-final! She is gorgeous and the dress??? WOW! She didnt pass either :(

Hungary 

Love the appearance, dont like the hair and the song. I think I didnt even heard this one!

Portugal

My favorite song on the first semi final! (after Greece of course!) This turned out to be a politican song after the last events with Greece, Portugal etc. It was a ''message'' to Germany I think!

Serbia

The big SHOCK! I thought this song never had a chance to the final. Well, eurovision doesnt have rules. This song passed and... I like the whole 60's outfits!

Finland

This guy was so cute! He sang about Earth and how we must care about her. A simple song, by a simple guy alone on stage. Love it! Outfit? Simple and fabulous!

Russia

Dont like the song, dont like the outfit..dont like anything about this entry! Trying to become Dima Bilan? Not going to work dude! The appearance was good (strange?) but... not good! They passed..I really dont know why!

Iceland

So cute entry! The appearance was awesome! These guys were friends with the composer and former singer of the song but after his death they made a group to sing his song. It's so tragic that the song's name was: '' Coming Home''. So touching. I love how they look with the same outfits. Cute group!

Lithuania

This girl has an amazing voice. As for the outfit: awesome! This dress matches her body type. Awesome and simple clothes. p.s. LOVE the hair!!! Good Luck! She passed to the final!

Switzerland

I couldnt imagine her pass to the final but hey! she passed!  I like the dress although it's not the appropriate dress to the eurovision. She is such a sweet girl! Looking forward to see her again on Saturday!

Georgia

One word: ROCKKKK! They totally rocked last night! I wish they pass and they did! About the outfits: I dont like them.. :( They have the chance to change it but I dont think they will. Love the boots!

Croatia

Wondering why you see 3 dresses? Simple! At the right you see a Magician- DJ. He helped her change those 3 dresses last night! Awesome or what? Loved all three of them but ultimate favorite? The first one! The song wasn't something to remember so, they didnt pass but the whole appearance was awesome!

Last but for sure NOT least.....

Greece!

First Pic:  Loukas Yiorkas. He is the first ever winner of the Greek X-factor and he is from Cyprus. His song was about a greek dance (you can see the dancers dancing this dance) His outfit was simple. 

Second Pic: Here's Stereo Mike, a greek rapper that is a music teacher in the UK. Love his outfit but I would really prefer to see them in a brighter color. 

I see all Greeks here they say this song is the song the right choice to be heard in Germany. Suck this Merkel..!!!! hahahaha! The lyrics and the dance are so appropriate for the greeks to say what they have to say in Germany. Well, I think that's why we chose this one. 

Well....WE PASSED!
