Diet (To eat or not to eat?)

Holidays are over, people! It's time to consider what have you done to your body. Did you drink too much? Did you eat too much? Chocolate, stuffed turkey etc. ? Well, this is a post for you!! Yes! You my follower, that you like food as much as I love it!
First step is to think what you love eating. Me, for example I like eating this kind of food:

 Apples with cinnamon!
Dying for noodleeees!!
 All kinds of fruit chopped in small pieces.
  
Caesar Salad! This one is by a store next to me (offers 40% discount to all students!)
 Mum's apple pie!
 

My boyfriends sweet-sour chicken with fried potatoes or rice! (tip:add more vegetables for more tasty result!)

Most of them are ok, but... noodles all the time and fried potatoes? That kills your diet and fat is a disease!


The opposite exactly can cause you disease also, that's called: anorexia. Me, I used to be a step before anorexia. I ate once a day and didn't have appetite for nothing except coffee. One day, I saw myself on photos and I didn't like what I saw, so I tried to gain some kilos. Still trying! I'm 48 kilos but so happy cause I eat anything I want the moment I want it. What I'm trying to say with this post is trying to lose weight after Holidays can be affective to all of your life. We are fashion bloggers and the first time we see a girl we look at her body. Fat obviously is bad for heart and causes other problems and so does anorexia. These are diseases of our times and must not be ignored! Find a good balance for yourself. Try eating one of these, non fat and good for your health food. I tried them and I eat them on everyday basis. I eat good food but  I don't forget things I like such as cupcakes, brownies, pop corn, pizzas etc.
  Don't like fish? Try fish sticks!
 Vegetables in cubes can be amazing! Salads are awesome and you can choose from an enormous variety!
Soups. I thought they were for sick people but they can be fun with croutons, vegetables etc.
Wraps! Choose that from a fat chubby bread sandwich!

Think about yourself , eat right and your clothes will look great on you. They won't seem like hanging on a hanger when you wear them! Boys don't like neither fat or anorexic girls, so do the designers.
